To activate the Mbank Web application, it is necessary to submit a request at the nearest branch of Mbank AD Skopje. When applying, it is necessary to tell us your email address and mobile phone number. We will send you an email to your email address containing information about the User name and a link to the application, and you will receive an SMS message with an Activation code on your mobile phone. When you click on the link from the email, you will enter your Username and Activation Code in the corresponding fields, after which a new screen will open for you to create your Password, which you will use for subsequent logins to the application.
You can see an overview of your payments on the path Navigation menu -> Payments -> List of transfers. In the list you can see all the orders that have been created as well as their current status (Executed). By clicking on a specific account, you can see the details of the transfer itself .
You can see all information about payment cards on the option Navigation menu -> Cards. On the Cards menu in the Card Details submenu, you can see all the details related to your payment card: Card type, current status, expiration date, reserved funds and available balance and others data. If you choose a credit card at the bottom of the page, there is also an option Pay the amount due, which automatically enters the payment amount that is due and by clicking Continue and after Pay you can settle your obligation. Of course, if you open a standing order at the bank for settling credit card obligations, you should not use this option, because the system will automatically charge the due obligation if funds are available in the account. In addition to the details of the payment card itself, you can see all the transactions you have made with the payment card on the List of transactions option. By clicking on the three vertical dots ? located in the extension of the text "List of transactions for the period", you can use the Filter option to change the period for which you want to see transactions and export them in pdf or excel format.
"Virtual inbox" is a part of mBank Web eBank which, in the form of an application for receiving and sending email messages, enables two-way communication with mBank JSC Skopje. Through the Virtual Inbox, you can receive informative messages from the bank and you can also send questions and inquiries on various topics. As with other email applications, you can search for messages in the Virtual Inbox by keyword and have a complete overview of sent and received messages, read and unread, and you can also mark them as important or archive them.
If you make a wrong username and password 3 times, the captcha code will be activated in the next step - an additional code created by the system that you must enter together with the correct username and password. Please note that if you make a mistake with the captcha code 2 times, the application will be locked.
If you have forgotten your username on the application login screen, click on Forgot your username. The system will ask you to enter the email address that you registered with the bank when applying for web banking, and the Bank will send you your Username to that address. If you also forgot your password, after you get your username, on the login screen, click Forgot your password. The system will ask you to enter a username, email address and a new password, which should be re-entered for verification. In future uses of the application, that password will be the valid password.

The home page is the main page of the mBank Web eBank application and has 6 sections: Recent Transactions, Exchange Rate List, Quick Actions, New Offers, ATMs/Businesses and Messages. These units are called Widgets and can be turned off/on on the main page depending on your preferences, and you can also arrange them on the screen as you see fit. The default view includes all options with the default layout on the page. Widgets that, in addition to the cursor icon, also have three dots in the upper right corner can be further personalized. You can arrange the Exchange List widget to display other currencies, and you can personalize the Quick Actions widget to display the options you use most often.
mBank Web eBank allows you to monitor your account balance in real time. On the path Navigation menu -> Accounts you can get all the information about all your accounts, current, savings and credit. Information includes account number, currency, balance, available balance, reservations, interest rates, annuity, etc. With credit accounts, if the loan is of an annuity type, you can also download the loan repayment plan in pdf format. Within this menu you also have several useful options, you can create a payment order through the options Internal transfer or Dеnar payment, change the name of the account or the image for account identification and you can view the turnover in the period or download the Statement of the current account as an overview of all transactions for a specific month. in pdf format. mBank Web eBank application allows you to create and send payment orders in dinars at any time of the day or night. Payment orders are created on the Payments -> Standard Domestic Transfer PP50 and Public Revenue Payment PP50 path, where your data as a payer is automatically entered, and you enter information about the recipient, amount, payment code and select the urgency of the order, i.e. whether the order should be executed immediately or not. Please note that urgent orders have a special execution fee and are not tied to the bank's working hours, but are currently executed 24x7. You can also initiate a payment transaction through the Payments -> Forms and Recipients option, where after selecting the payment form that you will select through the form name or selecting a personal recipient, click the Pay button. This initiates the automatic creation of a payment order that is executed by clicking Continue, and then clicking Pay.
