"Virtual inbox" is a part of Capital Bank Web eBank which, in the form of an application for receiving and sending email messages, enables two-way communication with Capital Bank JSC Skopje. Through the Virtual Inbox, you can receive informative messages from the bank and you can also send questions and inquiries on various topics. As with other email applications, you can search for messages in the Virtual Inbox by keyword and have a complete overview of sent and received messages, read and unread, and you can also mark them as important or archive them.
If you make a wrong username and password 3 times, the captcha code will be activated in the next step - an additional code created by the system that you must enter together with the correct username and password. Please note that if you make a mistake with the captcha code 2 times, the application will be locked.
If you have forgotten your username on the application login screen, click on Forgot your username. The system will ask you to enter the email address that you registered with the bank when applying for web banking, and the Bank will send you your Username to that address. If you also forgot your password, after you get your username, on the login screen, click Forgot your password. The system will ask you to enter a username, email address and a new password, which should be re-entered for verification. In future uses of the application, that password will be the valid password.
